As per the recent RBI guidelines on the prepaid instrument, we wish to inform you that all your existing vouchers in Non Essential category will be now converted into the Essential category effective from January 21, 2012. No changes will be made to the existing Essential vouchers. Essential and Non Essential details as mentioned below:- Essential Category: These vouchers can be used only for essential services i.e. mobile recharge and DTH services. Non-essential Category: These vouchers can be used for all the services offered by GiftMate i.e. mobile/DTH recharges, online shopping, movie ticket bookings etc. If you wish to avail services under the Non-Essential category, we request you to submit a duly filled KYC form along with the required documents.
