Terms and Conditions for Purchasers and Recipients
The access and use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions of use. A customer may purchase or utilize a GiftMate voucher only if he accepts and abides by all of the following terms and conditions.
  • This offer is valid for GiftMate vouchers purchased on Diwali Offer between 20th October, 2008 to 30th October, 2008.
  • The voucher is valid till December 31st , 2008 and must be redeemed until then. No credit or validity extensions shall be given for unredeemed vouchers.
  • Each customer is eligible for the offer only once during the promotion period basis unique mobile number and/or email ID.
  • Providing a valid mobile number and email address are mandatory to avail this offer. This offer is valid for Indian citizens only.
  • The GiftMate voucher cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
  • PayMate reserves the right to stop the promotion at any time and/or change, modify, withdraw, partially withdraw or extend the said promotion, at its sole discretion without any prior notice and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
  • Any disputes arising out of this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts of Mumbai.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing offer at www.paymate.co.in.
  • The terms & conditions as stated herein are not exhaustive and can be modified, altered at any time whatsoever by PayMate . Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by PayMate to conduct further, similar or any other scheme.
  • PayMate reserves the right to refuse, revoke and/or discontinue the Program to any Customer without having to cite any reason and/or any other obligation whatsoever towards the said Customer.
  • In the event of the customers mobile number being blocked by PayMate due to any reason whatsoever, the voucher will be issued to the customer only on the receipt of alternate and/or additional details.
